Delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

We offer free standard shipping on all orders above a minimum purchase value ($50). For orders below that amount, a small shipping fee is applied at checkout based on your delivery location. All shipping rates and estimated delivery times are clearly displayed before you confirm your order.

How long will delivery take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

What exactly happens after ordering?

Once you place your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with all your purchase details. Our team then carefully processes, packs, and ships your products within 1–2 business days. As soon as your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your delivery in real time

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

When the order payment is taken of my bank account?

Once you place your order with Paltonix , the payment is processed immediately to confirm your purchase. You’ll receive an order confirmation email right after the transaction is successful. If there’s any issue with payment or authorization, your order will not be processed until it’s resolved.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

We’re truly sorry if you received a damaged or incorrect item. At Paltonix, your satisfaction is our priority. Please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving your order at support@paltonixnatural.com, including your order number and clear photos of the product. We’ll quickly arrange a replacement or refund after verifying the issue.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery, so changes or cancellations are only possible within a short window after placing your order. If you need to modify or cancel it, please contact our customer support team immediately  with your order number. Once the order has been shipped, it can no longer be changed or canceled.

What is "package tracking" in my orders?

Package tracking allows you to monitor your order from the moment it leaves our warehouse until it arrives at your doorstep. Once your Paltonix order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number and link via email. Simply click the link or enter the tracking number on the carrier’s website to see your shipment’s real-time status and estimated delivery date.
