By purchasing, using, or accepting a Gift Card, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Purchase & Delivery

Gift Cards are delivered digitally to the email address provided by the purchaser.

Gift Cards may take up to 5–10 minutes to arrive after your order is completed.

Please ensure that the recipient’s email address is entered correctly. Paltonix is not responsible for Gift Cards sent to the wrong email address.
3. Redemption

Gift Cards can be redeemed only on our official website for eligible products.

To redeem, enter the Gift Card code at checkout.

Multiple Gift Cards may be used in a single order.

Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards.
4. Balance & Partial Use

If the purchase total exceeds the Gift Card value, the remaining amount must be paid using another accepted payment method.

If the purchase total is less than the Gift Card amount, the remaining balance stays on the card for future use.

You can check your Gift Card balance by contacting customer support.
5. Expiry

Paltonix Gift Cards do not expire and have no maintenance fees.
6. Fraud & Misuse

Paltonix reserves the right to cancel a Gift Card or order if we suspect fraud, unauthorized use, or violation of these Terms & Conditions.

Gift Cards obtained through unauthorized channels may be void.
7. Limitations

Gift Cards cannot be resold without written authorization from Paltonix.

Gift Cards are valid only in Canada and only on Paltonix online store purchases.
